Bu tehlikeye kar\u015f\u0131, Demokratik Alevi Dernekleri (DAD) ve KESK Dersim\u2019de yeti\u015fkinler ve \u00e7ocuklar i\u00e7in K\u00fcrt\u00e7e\u2019nin Kurmanci ve K\u0131rman\u00e7ki \u00a0leh\u00e7esinde dil at\u00f6lyesi ba\u015flatt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Dil at\u00f6lyelerinden Kirman\u00e7ki\u2019yi veren yazar Bedriye Topa\u00e7, K\u0131rman\u00e7ki\u2019nin i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fu durumu ve bu kurslar\u0131n \u00f6nemini de\u011ferlendirdi. Topa\u00e7\u2019a g\u00f6re, anadil yaln\u0131zca bir ileti\u015fim arac\u0131 de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda kimli\u011fin ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel miras\u0131n ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131s\u0131. S\u00f6zl\u00fc aktar\u0131mda bozulmalar ya\u015fan\u0131r, ama yaz\u0131l\u0131 dil kal\u0131c\u0131d\u0131r ve geli\u015fir\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dil M\u00fccadelesi ve 21 \u015eubat\u2019\u0131n \u00d6nemi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>D\u00fcnya Anadili G\u00fcn\u00fc 21 \u015eubat&#8217;\u0131n se\u00e7ilmesi 69 y\u0131l \u00f6nce Pakistan&#8217;\u0131n resmi dili olarak Urduca&#8217;y\u0131 dayatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 Banglade\u015f halk\u0131n\u0131n protestolar\u0131na dayan\u0131yor. 1952&#8217;de Pakistan\u2019\u0131n \u2018tek dil\u2019 dayatmas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 &#8216;Bengal Dil Hareketi&#8217;nin 21 \u015eubat 1952&#8217;de yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015fe g\u00fcvenlik g\u00fc\u00e7leri taraf\u0131ndan a\u00e7\u0131lan ate\u015f sonucu \u00e7ok say\u0131da\u00a0 ki\u015fi ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 yitirmi\u015fti. Birle\u015fmi\u015f Milletler E\u011fitim, Bilim ve K\u00fclt\u00fcr \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc (UNESCO) 1999 y\u0131l\u0131nda ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 kararla 21 \u015eubat g\u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fc, \u201cUluslararas\u0131 Anadili G\u00fcn\u00fc\u201d olarak kabul edildi. \u0130lk kez 2000 y\u0131l\u0131nda, d\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131nda \u00e7ok dilli ya\u015fam\u0131 ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fi desteklemek amac\u0131yla kutlanmaya ba\u015fland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Uluslararas\u0131 Anadili G\u00fcn\u00fc olarak kutlanan 21 \u015eubat\u2019\u0131n \u00f6nemine de\u011finen Topa\u00e7, Banglade\u015f\u2019in ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k m\u00fccadelesinde dilin oynad\u0131\u011f\u0131 kritik rol\u00fc hat\u0131rlatt\u0131. \u201cDersim\u2019in dil anlam\u0131nda \u00e7ok k\u00f6t\u00fc durumda oldu\u011funu biliyoruz. Ama bu yok olu\u015fu durdurmak bizim elimizde\u201d diyen Topa\u00e7, anadili \u00f6\u011frenmenin ve \u00f6\u011fretmenin bireysel ve toplumsal bir sorumluluk oldu\u011funu vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cDilimizi sahiplenmeliyiz\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Topa\u00e7 ayr\u0131ca, ge\u00e7mi\u015fte anadilin yeterince sahiplenilmemesi nedeniyle b\u00fcy\u00fck bir kay\u0131p ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dile getirerek, \u201cYa\u015fl\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131zdan \u00f6z\u00fcr dilemeliyiz. Onlarla T\u00fcrk\u00e7e konu\u015fmay\u0131 tercih ettik ama \u015fimdi dilimizi sahiplenerek bunu d\u00fczeltebiliriz\u201d dedi. Anadili kurslar\u0131n\u0131n sadece dersliklerle s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 kalmamas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini belirten yazar, g\u00fcndelik hayatta da K\u0131rman\u00e7ki konu\u015fulmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemine dikkat \u00e7ekti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>K\u0131rman\u00e7ki kursuna yo\u011fun ilgi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dersim\u2019deki Ana dil at\u00f6lyeleri, dili \u00f6\u011frenmek ve ya\u015fatmak isteyen herkesin kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131na a\u00e7\u0131k olacak. DAD Dersim \u015eubesi, at\u00f6lyelere y\u00f6nelik ilgiden memnun olduklar\u0131n\u0131 ve ilerleyen d\u00f6nemlerde daha fazla insana ula\u015fmay\u0131 hedeflediklerini belirtiyor. Bu giri\u015fimin, kaybolma tehlikesiyle y\u00fcz y\u00fcze olan K\u0131rman\u00e7ki\u2019nin gelece\u011fi i\u00e7in umut verici bir ad\u0131m olmas\u0131 bekleniyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de 18 dil kaybolma tehlikesi alt\u0131nda<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>UNESCO\u2019nun haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 Tehlike Alt\u0131ndaki Diller Atlas\u0131\u2019na g\u00f6re T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de en az 18 dil kaybolma tehlikesi alt\u0131nda. 2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda Avrupa Konseyi\u2019nin haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 raporda da T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki dilsel \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fin risk alt\u0131nda oldu\u011fu belirtilmi\u015fti. Anadili kaybolan topluluklar, yaln\u0131zca bir ileti\u015fim arac\u0131n\u0131 de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda tarihlerini, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel belle\u011fini ve kimliklerini de kaybediyorlar.<\/p>\n<p>Dil bilimciler, devlet politikalar\u0131n\u0131n ve e\u011fitim sistemlerinin anadili ya\u015fatmada kritik bir rol oynad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtiyor.
